At Access Denied, we stand behind our high-performance gear; if your equipment doesn't help you dominate the field, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to return.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
